The builder has harvested interesting stone and unique wild woods from years of roaming the Alaskan wilderness and has brought it all together to create the beautiful masterpiece that is the Wildwoods Cabin, all for your exclusive lodging experience. Read a book by the gas fireplace with the beautiful burled spruce mantel and enjoy the towering stone and wild wood wall above the black granite bar. The kitchen with cherry wood cabinets is fully equipped for whatever culinary delights you are ready to create. Fresh fruit, coffee, and teas are ready for your mornings. Relax in the soaking tub and large walk-in shower of the master bathroom. The large deck overlooking the river with its grill and dining area is also a bird lover's dream location to watch 60 known species throughout the year. Trumpeter swans and many other waterfowl make this a favorite feeding stop on spring and fall migrations. Moose enjoy feeding in the river at sunrise and sunset. Bear, caribou, coyotes, wolves, otter and mink wander through on occasion. Breathe in the fresh scents from the rock gardens and flower beds built into the surrounding terrain. Stroll the path to the river and soak up the wildlife from the benches on the dock. Take off in the canoe for a leisurely paddle up the Moose River. Or after a day of fishing, hiking, or sightseeing, you can return to the luxurious surroundings of the cabin. Wildwoods Cabin was built and furnished by Robert Kuiper, Alaska's master log furniture builder who focuses on bringing the beauty of Alaska's woods and rivers indoors and incorporating them into beds, tables, and chairs. House has over 1500 SF with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Located in Sterling near Cook's Tesoro, this cute House is on 2.78 acres off the Sterling Highway just east of Bing's landing. Fully Equipped Kitchen perfect for you to cook up the fresh Salmon you catch. Private backyard great for kids to play outside while you watch from the deck or master's sunroom. Five minutes to Bing's Landing boat launch and Dots boat launch and 30 minutes from Jim's Landing boat launch in Cooper Landing. Property has plenty of parking space and area to turn around an RV as well. The mudroom, dining, Kitchen and living room are upstairs and you take the spiral staircase down to the bedrooms, laundry and bathroom. There is a sliding glass door off the master so it is super easy to move in your luggage downstairs and avoid the spiral stairs all together! Master has a King bed, 2nd room has a double and a single bed, 3rd room has a queen. Upstairs there is a couch that can be used (not a pullout). Bathroom does not have a tub - shower, toilet and vanity/sink.

Sleeps 4-7 people in a two story house with a loft. The large loft is the bedroom. 2 queen size beds and a twin hid a bed in loft. Also, there is a queen hid a bed in the living room. 1 full bathroom (towels, tub shower, flushing toilet) plus an outhouse if need be. Full kitchen with utensils, fridge, stove, coffee pot. The house has all the basics to make you feel right at home. Lots of parking for RVs, boats, several vehicles.

The Silver Salmon Lodge is a High-End Denali Log Home in the heart of the Kenai Peninsula! We are tucked away in spruce and birch forest frequented by the local moose, occasional caribou, bald eagles, grouse, and more! An acre lot ensures privacy and surrounded by spruce pines all around! I furnished our home tailored for the family vacation. While it's also suitable for fisherman it's designed for the family/couples that are wanting to experience all of the activities in Alaska!! It's a 3 bedroom, 2 full baths with Jacuzzi tub. It has a high-end kitchen complete with a Sub Zero glass door refrigerator, Wolf gas range, blue pearl granite countertops, black granite sink, separate freezer for your catch, and more! The bedrooms are furnished with (2) queen, (1) full, and (2) twin log beds. I purchased higher-end mattresses for all 5 beds for optimum comfort after long days of adventure! The upper floor full bath is complete with a Jacuzzi tub. The lower bathroom has a shower/bath combination with granite countertop and hickory cabinet. The LG steam washer and dryer are stacked in the main floor bathroom neatly tucked into the front corner. I chose this combo because it will quickly and efficiently wash and dry large loads of clothes reducing the number of clothes our guest need to pack and bring on their trip. The main room contains the wood stove (wood burning not gas) and leather sofa, love seat, reclining chair, LCD HDTV, etc. We also provide an 8 seat dining table as well as kitchen island with 3 bar stools. Also provided: *Direct TV service with High Definition and Tivo. *Outdoor Propane Grill *Outdoor fire pit in the back yard for telling all those tall fish tales! Our home is decorated in native Alaskan prints, etc.and all linens are provided as well as a stocked kitchen. We only remove perishables or opened dry foods after each guest to reduce your grocery bill and save you time. The kitchen is stocked with a large supply of glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, professional cooking pots/pans, dinnerware, etc. The beds are the traditional Alaskan hand-hewn log locally made. Logs are from local forest beetle kill pine. Our sheets and towels are replaced every 2 years and comforters/blankets every 3-4 years. Damaged/permanently stained linens are replaced immediately. In addition, our sheets are at a minimum of 300 thread count and most 400+. Pillows are down and quality foam. The two lower bedrooms both have queen size beds (One mattress is firm and the other is plusher) and closets with plenty of room. The loft is 12' x 17' with a full and 2 twin beds. The loft bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and granite/hickory vanity. **I do leave some of the previous sheets, towels, comforters that are unstained in good condition for use as well. I chose Sterling to build our home because of its central peninsula location and solitude. We are minutes from the Kenai, Kasilof, and Russian rivers and several lakes. The Russian River Campground entrance in Coopers Landing is exactly 30 miles from our driveway. We are also, centrally located on the peninsula and within easy reach of Seward and Homer. 1.25 hours from Seward and 1.20 hours from Homer. Incredible fishing for Kings, Sockeyes, Silvers, Rainbow Trout, and Dolly Varden. You can also go clamming for razor clams nearby! Good fishing spots for everyone. The Russian River is also just 20 minutes north up the highway for another famous fishing spot. This Klondike House location is centered in the middle of so many fishing holes so close by, its amazing. This house cabin has 3 bedrooms and one of which is a Master with a 3/4 bath and a queen bed. There is a high chair, play pen and toddler bed also for the mother whom needs some quite time. This room has its own sliding door to the back deck for your morning coffee or evening sun. The 2nd bedroom has two sets of twin size bunk beds and a window to the back yard for a wonderful view. Great for the tired fishermen and kids. The 3rd bedroom has a special made custom Queen size bed with a twin size bunk on top and a pull out twin trundle bed underneath to sleep 4 tired fishermen or the kids. The main bathroom in the hall is right off the kitchen with a full bathtub/shower and sink to handle the family needs. The laundry room has a full size set washer and dryer to keep your clothing cleaned up and iron and ironing board to use as needed. There is a full kitchen with all the appliances needed for cooking up your catch or just preparing a large meal for the crew. It has everything you would need to cook with such as a griddle, slow cooker, pots and pans and great dishes to set the table with. There is a very large back yard deck to have your picnic table and Bar-b-Que meals with plenty of room to relax, sit and enjoy the back yard and outdoors. Lots of seating on the three decks and plenty of room to spread out. Light a fire to kick your feet up by in the fire pit provided, Alaskan style. Also take advantage of the private garage to use and keep out of the bad weather if it comes. There is a large freezer in the garage to store your catch or foods from the store from your shopping. We also have a couple of landing nets and coolers for you to use for your convenience we keep in the large garage.

Sterling is 10 miles north of Soldotna and 2.5 hours south of Anchorage. Sterling is the heart of the peninsula. Close to Kenai, Seward and Homer. In Soldotna you can find lots of stores and restaurants to enjoy. Seward and Homer have fishing and sightseeing charters. Seward is home to the famous Kenai Fjords National Park with boats to see sea wildlife and glaciers calving. You can also fish for salmon in Seward or visit the Alaska Sealife Center. Homer is the halibut capital of the world. In Homer you can travel to the famous Homer spit for fish-n-chips or take a charter to catch monster halibut or take a water taxi to Halibut Cove or Seldovia for some sea kayaking. Our place is in a unique corner of Alaska. This quiet retreat is located in a peaceful setting on a Salmon / Trout stream adjacent to Daniel's Lake. The cottage is 900 square feet, and is fully furnished with a queen bed in one room and a full / twin bunk bed in a semi-private room. There is a fully functional kitchen, and a washer and dryer for your use. Daniels Lake is the largest lake north of Kenai, and supports a healthy population of Rainbow Trout, Dolly Varden Trout, and two runs of salmon (both Sockeye and Silvers). Starting in late July and August the Sockeye make there final journey from the ocean to their spawning grounds in Daniel's Lake. In Late August and September the Silvers also run up the little creek behind the cottage. You can watch the salmon make their final leap from the fish ladder into the lake, only a few steps from the front door. This migration brings the eagles and other wildlife to the area. Although the creek is closed to fishing, the lake is open to sport fishing year-round. A canoe is available for your use, and advice is free! The Nikiski area also boasts excellent beaches, the North Peninsula Recreation Center, (Nikiski Pool), Captain Cook State Park, numerous lakes, creeks and rivers for fishing in both summer and winter, several hiking trails, berry picking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmachining, We are trying to preserve the Alaskan experience, by creating a retreat from technology. A beautiful 17 mile drive from Soldotna, this property is ideal for those looking to fish with less crowds. There is an additional small one room cabin (VRBO.com # 458284) available to rent on this property providing accommodations for larger groups. There is a narrow drive way down to the river making it easier to access the river.

This is a 2 story log cabin. Main floor has a full kitchen, living room & full bathroom. Upstairs has 2 queen beds, 2 full/2 twin (bunk beds). It has a balcony off the second floor and a full front deck with BBQ and benches. This cabin can sleep up to 10. Also, has an out door kitchen, wood fired cedar hot tub & 2 fire pits. Freezer space is available for your fish, if needed. We are just a couple of minutes from the Kenai River and our centrally located on the Kenai Peninsula.

Fish may NOT be processed inside the duplex or on the deck. May not do large amounts of fish processing such as is associated with dipnetting.
